Shipping Information
Most of our products ship from our main warehouse in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Although we maintain a large inventory, occasionally, we may be out of stock on one or more items from your order. Should this be the case, we will ship your order as soon as it can be fulfilled. Your order may be broken into more than one shipment in order to provide you with faster service. There will not be an additional charge if more than one shipment is necessary to fulfill your order.
Shipping options for orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air Service. We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes or US Military APO Boxes.
Please note: Imprinted or custom items can take up to 4 additional weeks, depending on the work requested.
Standard shipping rates within the continental US:
Charges based on subtotal, excluding imprinting fees and software. When a percentage is listed, charges are that percent of your subtotal.
Please allow additional processing and printing time for orders with imprints, foil stamping, embossing or any other customization to your products. Up to 30 business days may be required for shipping. Note: Some items are custom-run and may include overrun charges.
