It’s easy to send us your artwork! Submit your logo or other graphics to us via email: customorders@1800imageone.com or call us and we’ll give you access to our FTP site to upload your graphics (this is required for large files).
All artwork must meet the following specs to be considered print-ready. If you have non-print ready graphics, you may incur additional artwork service charges when our designers work to make your graphics print-ready. See below for details.
300dpi or higher, high-resolution file in a TIF, EPS, JPG or JPEG format. Graphics from your website are too low-resolution to reproduce well.
Please submit fonts with your graphics for proper rendering when printing
Please submit your artwork via email, uploaded to our website or sent via regular mail (faxed copies do not reproduce well)
