Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal at ImageOne. We work hard to ensure
that your expectations are met on every order and back nearly all of our products
with a 30-day, no-hassle, money-back guarantee.
The only exception is custom folders, imprinted folders or any product customized
just for you. Because we provide proofs before printing, customized or personalized
items cannot be returned except in the event of an ImageOne error.

Return Policy
Simply call us within 30 days to exchange or return any stock product and we will
happily arrange your exchange or return. Dated products, including tax forms, must
be exchanged or returned unopened by December 1. To receive your Return Authorization
Code and arrange shipment please call 800.462.4366.
Custom and imprint products may not be returned except in the event of an ImageOne
error. To guarantee your products are correct, you will receive the final proof
for approval before production.
Pricing Policy
ImageOne pricing is subject to change without notice and supersedes all previously
published prices.
VERY IMPORTANT PRICING INFORMATION
Separate charges apply to personalize your item and WILL NOT be calculated with
your order total. you will receive a phone call from a service representative to
verify these additional charges. A separate invoice or credit card charge is required.

Shipping & Handling
Most of our products are shipping from our main warehouse in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Although we maintain a large inventory, occasionally, we may be out of stock on one or more items from your order. Should this be the case, we will ship your order as soon as it can be fulfilled. Your order may be broken into more than one shipment in order to provide you with faster service. There will not be an additional charge if more than one shipment is necessary to fulfill your order.
Shipping options for orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air Service. We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes or US Military APO Boxes.

Imprinted or custom items can take up to 5 additional weeks, depending on the work requested.
Standard shipping rates within the continental US:
Charges based on subtotal, excluding imprinting fees and software. When a percentage is listed, charges are that percent of your subtotal.

Sales Tax Policy Requirements
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on the total cost of orders, including shipping and handling, to ALL States.

sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: AK, DE, HI, MT, NH, OR.
Sales tax is added based on order Subtotal for orders shipped to the following states:
ID, IA, MA, OK, UT, WY.
For orders shipped to all other states (not mentioned above), tax is calculated
adding sales tax based on the total amount of the order, Subtotal plus Shipping
& Handling charges.
If your order should be exempt from tax and tax is being calculated, please fax
your Tax Exempt Certificate to 888-621-7601. Once we receive your Tax Exempt Certificate
your order will be adjusted. Your credit card will be refunded if necessary.

Payment Options for Online Orders
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, or PayPal. When you place your order, your card is immediately charged. Most orders require pre-payment. However, open accounts will be considered; please contact customer service. If there are any problems regarding your payment, you will be contacted by an account executive.
Personalized and Custom-Created Folders
Please allow additional processing and printing time for orders with imprints, foil stamping, embossing or any other customization to your products. Up to 30 business days may be required for shipping. Note: Some items are custom-run and may include overrun charges.
