Q Why do you charge sales tax in my state?
We attend trade shows in the majority of the states, and any state we’ve sold in requires us to charge sales tax. There is no sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: AK, DE, HI, MT, NH, OR.
Sales tax is added based on order Subtotal for orders shipped to the following states: ID, IA, MA, OK, UT, WY. For orders shipped to all other states (not mentioned above), tax is calculated adding sales tax based on the total amount of the order, Subtotal plus Shipping and Handling charges. If your order should be exempt from tax and tax is being calculated, please fax your Tax Exempt Certificate to 888-621-7601. Once we receive your Tax Exempt Certificate your order will be adjusted. Your credit card will be refunded if necessary.

Q Why did you change the style of the software specific folders and covers?
We changed the style of our software specific folders and covers at the request of many of our customers to make them useable for financial statements other than just tax returns.

Q How much is it to imprint a CD?
That depends on what imprint options you choose. With our burnable CDs, you have a lot of choices, so it’s best to call and talk to a member of our service team about what you’re looking for. We can then give you a price quote over the phone or get general information on the Personalize and Customize page.

Q How long will it take to get my personalized folder or other item?
When you order personalized items, our creative team collects your ideas and emails you the proof. We then make any changes you’d like. The next step is to either send you a redesigned proof, or start production on the items. Once in production, it takes 7 to 10 business days for printing the items and 2-7 days for shipping.

Q Where is my order for custom-created folders?
Based on the work you have requested, it can take between 5-20 business days. To find out the status of your order and when to expect it, it’s best to call your sales representative.
